My name is Joe Quartararo and I have been a Realtor® in the Hampton Roads area for over 25 years. I am a retired U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Officer with over 24 years of service. I have lived in Virginia Beach for over 40 years. I hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance & Management. I am a designated National Association of Realtors® (NAR®), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®), Certified Military Relocator (CMR®) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP®), and have been a member of the Century 21 Million Dollar Club®, a Century 21 VIP® Agent and have received the Century 21 Quality Service Award®.
